Camden District Resolves Exhibit

November 5 @ 8:30 am - December 31 @ 5:00 pm

Free

This is the story of some of South Carolina’s backcountry colonists and how they responded to Judge William Henry Drayton’s call to redress the colony’s grievances with Great Britain.  Learn about the Camden District communities in 1774 and how everyone – colonials, the enslaved, and the indigenous populations – navigated this tumultuous time.

This event is part of an entire month of activities related to the Revolutionary War and colonial life in Kershaw County.
